Booking Refunds

Booking deposits are subject to full refund under any of the following conditions;

1. If a client gives a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation.
2. If, after consultation, we do not deem the clients skin-type suitable for laser treatment.
3. If we are unable to offer laser services, as booked.

Please Note  – Due to demand for appointments, clients that have qualified for free treatment and fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment will no longer be entitled to free treatment status.
